Rates & Availability

The following are the rental rates. Please note that up to three “children” under 20 years old per family stay for free (if accompanied by parents). To check cottage availability, please click on the Availability Calendar. The calendar is not updated until deposits have been received, hence there may be tentative bookings which are not recorded on our calendar. Please confirm availability by email.

Check- in/check-out times may be extended to accommodate your requests, assuming they do not interfere with other guests. For further information about our rates or availability, or to request special arrangements not listed here, please Contact Us.

Please note: our maximum occupancy at any time is 16 people. At the owner's discretion exceptions may be made for groups up to 20.

Regular Rates
Note: Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is noon. Duration of stay and start days are flexible during non-summer months. During July and August, stays are limited to a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Mid-week stays are quoted on a case by case basis, and may be offered at a reduced rate. Please inquire for details.

Rate Calculations

There is a minimum base rate that applies for groups up to 8 adults. Over and above 8 adults there are additional charges per adult which apply up until a certain maximum.

For example:

Dec 16 - Feb 3

7 Night Full Week

$3990 for up to 8 adults + $290/adult to a maximum $4590

Thus for a group of 13 adults the rate would be calculated as $3990 + (5 x $290) or $3990 + $1450 = $5440. However, the maximum rate we would charge for this period would be $4590. Therefore the total charge for a group of 13 adults would be $4590.
