Rates & Availability

The following are the rental rates for Bliss Cottage. Please note that up to three "children" under 20 years old stay for free (if accompanied by parents). To check cottage availability, please click on the Availability Calendar. Check-in/check-out times may be extended to accommodate your requests, assuming they do not interfere with other guests. Please note: our maximum occupancy is ten people during the off-season (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis), and eight people during July and August.

Regular Rates
Note: Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is noon. Checkin/out times and duration of stays are somewhat flexible during non-summer months. During July and August, stays are limited to a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Mid-week stays are quoted on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at a reduced rate. Please inquire for details.

Rate Calculations

There is a minimum base rate that applies for groups up to 4 adults. Over and above 4 adults there are additional charges per adult which apply up until a certain maximum.

For example:

Dec 16 - Feb 3

7 Night Full Week

$1150 for up to 4 adults + $105/adult to a maximum $1495

Thus for a group of 9 adults the rate would be calculated as 1150 + 5 x 105 or 1150 + 525 = 1675. However, the maximum rate we would charge for this period would $1495. Therefore the total charge for a group of 9 adults would be 1495.
